The SSL Admin will provide internal support to the Strategic Services team.

Duties:

Strategic Services Support Responsibilities:

• Work with Marketing Communications to capture and send out all promotional materials
• Maintain all contact info in database
• Generate leads/names/contacts on a weekly basis
•  Internally research historical client information for new business teams and provide detailed cases that will help communicate our value stories.
• Lead in the mining of leads from all current press and information resources that will identify new business prospects for the SSL Team
• Develop Savings Estimates
•  Assist in the development of RFPs as well as project manage all deliverables for completion with RFP designated team. 
• Assure all current and approved PowerPoint Decks are captured and maintained in a central place for use by all new business resources.
• Assist in the editing and development of PowerPoint specific slides to better illustrate or visually communicate key topics or values as needed.

Requirements:

Education, Certifications, Specialized Training:

Four year (4) business degree or equivalent in experience and education

Functional/Technical Knowledge:

• Proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing,  presentation graphics, communications, e-mail and internet
• Actively pursue self-development in leadership skills, supervisory function skills, presentations skills interpersonal relations skills, time management skills  and training on Healthcare, Inc.
• Provide recommendations for “continuous improvement” of all aspects of areas of responsibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer and system knowledge – must demonstrate a basic proficiency in CMMS & Optima technologies
