The New Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and targeting markets and clients in the US that can utilize the suite of services CMI, Compas & Singularity Innovations can provide; the NBD manager will cultivate strategic business relationships with Brand leadership which may include Senior Executive Management within corporations, agencies, manufacturers and strategic consultancies to develop long-term partnerships that produce year-on-year sales, revenue and profit growth across the portfolio of existing or new CMI services and they are adept at articulating and presenting the full range of CMI/Compas non-personal promotion planning/buying, creative and data management service capabilities.

Requirements:

•  5 years plus of successful direct sales experience in the pharmaceutical, device, diagnostic, or dental market.  Must be able to show documented success.
• Previous brand marketing responsibilities required.  Experience managing non-personal promotion efforts highly desired.
• Sales Management experience preferred
•  Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare Professional marketing, media and promotional landscape.
• Understanding of multiple marketing functions, including media, advertising, digital search and interactive, medically relevant promotions.
• Experience in setting and managing internal achievement of customer expectations, as well as developing strategic, advantageous relationships to further the company goals.
• Demonstrated experience Utilizing current relationships and networking skills to access and influence key decision-makers on all levels of the client, agency or consultancy organizations.
• Ability to navigate within a complex, matrix organization to influence key stakeholders and decision makers. Most importantly brand leadership responsible for the strategic direction and promotional budgets for the brand.
• Experience with procurement purchasing departments and negotiation methods as they relate to agencies and buying services.
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations and business proposals across all types of electronic communication, including Powerpoint, video conferencing , WebEx or GoTo Meeting formats.
