Project Coordinator, ByDoctor and Data Assets

Job Description:

Located in our Pennsauken, NJ office.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing the day-to-day operations of Compas/CMI list matching services, including organizing and processing data; providing and creating various reports and deliverables to internal and external customers;  analysis of data; acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting data issues;  maintaining and building customer relationships; managing e-mail program lists, deployment and reporting.  


Duties:



  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of Compas/CMI ByDoctor list match service



  • QC client supplied target file and upload to proprietary database for analysis by planning staff


  • Become an integral team member reporting to Manager, ByDoctor and Data Assets to assist in the development of new data assets and services that lead to incremental revenue growth for family of companies

  • Capture data gaps and opportunities relating to ByDoctor service offerings


  • Maintain and build relationships with key customers and partners



  • Participate in initiatives to monitor, analyze and improve core system performance, accuracy and efficiency



  • Assist in investigation and analysis of market trends



  • Assist in product testing of new ByDoctor deployments



  • Develop protocol and standard operating procedures for new services and product offerings as the need arises



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience and education
  • Experience working with or servicing pharmaceutical and other life sciences companies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint required
  • Proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing, presentation graphics, communications, e-mail, internet, and filing archiving software (MS Office primarily – including Adobe and Adobe Illustrator)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, mathematical skills
  • Keen attention to detail, organization, and strong follow up skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Extended and on-call hours required at times to support client requirements. 
  • Self-Motivated
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
